Renaissance Construction is the general contractor of the Renaissance Business Park, which is an investment project of Renaissance Development implemented in St. Petersburg.

The Renaissance Business Park will be a Class A business center located on Smolyachkova Street, less than 500 m from the Vyborgskaya metro station. The nine-storey facility will also offer a one-level underground parking lot for 160 vehicles.

The gross building area is 28,320 sq m. The leasable area will amount to 20,899 sq m.

The construction works were launched in early September 2013. The completion is scheduled for March 2015.
