In 2014 Renaissance Construction started construction of the eighth Renaissance business center in St. Petersburg – Renaissance Business Park with the total area of 29,000 sq.m.

The building is located on Smolyachkova street, 6. This is the Vyborg Side district of the city, which is known as an area of high business activity with such undeniable advantages as developed infrastructure and vicinity to the city center with good transport accessibility.
