iСity project consists of two different height (34 and 62 floors) office towers of up to 250 meters hight located on a single 8-storeyed podium, which will accommodate a fitness center, a food hall, a canteen and restaurants, shops, a waiting area and a parking. The project provides for 10 000 square meters of co-working space.
The project is built according to LEED, BREAM, ASHRAE (The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) standards.
