The ‘homecity’ residential complexis a part of a large-scale ‘Comcity’ project including an ‘A’ class office park, a shopping mall and a four-star hotel. That means that beside the in-house infrastructure facilities, the Comcity infrastructure would also be accessible for the residents. Right now, it already includes supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, fitness clubs, consumer services, a banking facility and the Russian Post outlet. The complex structure includes a school, a kindergarten and other social facilities.

The ‘homecity’ business class residential complexis located in the South-West of Moscow. It is envisaged that the project construction would be comprised of five 6-9-storeyed buildings incorporating 1,500 flats. The complex will also include an underground car parking with 800 car spaces and a car-free courtyard. ‘Homecity’ is distinguished by abundance of green spaces – 50% of the whole territory has been allocated for planting of greenery.
