Rencons was a general contractor of the first phase of Fili Grad multifunctional complex in Moscow. The complex was built in the territory of the planned “Big City” district of Moscow not far from the Moscow river and Moscow City International Business Center.

It has a gross building area of about 190,000 m² and includes residential, business and recreational areas. Six residential buildings from 15 up to 32 floors will share a cozy yard. The highest of these buildings reaches the elevation of 107 m. Total number of apartments of this project is 1,613.

Offices vitalize the area and provide residents with an opportunity to work nearby and reduce travel time. The lower floors of the buildings accommodate shops, cafés, fitness centers, etc. Individual architectural decisions and deliberately planned infrastructure needed for life mix perfectly here: underground parking lot and modern security systems, kindergarten and play grounds.
