Rencons was the general contractor for the Comcity, phase “Alfa” – one of the biggest and most prestigious Class A+ multipurpose business complexes in Moscow.

Comcity Business Park occupies a 45-hectare plot. “Alfa” phase includes four office buildings, an underground shopping and leisure center, a fitness center, several banks, restaurants, a hotel complex and a kindergarten. The underground parking lot has an area of around 50,000 sq.m. The total leasable area amounts to 430,000 sq.m.

Rencons was responsible for the infrastructure works, construction of the building frame, installation of the facades, installation of mechanical and electrical systems, fit-outs in common areas of the building, landscaping, and internal roads.

The extensive experience in construction gained by Rencons during its twenty-year-long period of activity in Russia, and, particularly, in construction of large-scale office complexes, secured the successful implementation of the project.
