One of the most significant shopping centers in the Ulyanovsk Region is the Aquamall. It has a hypermarket, a consumer electronics store, a movie theater complex with a capacity of 1,400 seats, playgrounds, a food court, restaurants, 140 stores, and a two-level covered parking lot with a capacity of 1,700 vehicles. The investment project was divided into phases, and during the first phase of the project Rencons undertook the construction works.
