According to the materials of Savills Russia Agency, the today’s demand in the premium segment is shared 50/50 between the “Moscow-City” district and the other central districts of Moscow.   

According to the results of the 1-st half-year period of 2017, the “Moscow-City” MIBC will register the maximal number of transactions with the apartments over the whole history.
