Rencons has been appointed as the general contractor for construction of an extension to the Piter Raduga multifunctional shopping mall in St. Petersburg. The new extension will accommodate retail points, catering facilities, covered sports and entertainment complexes, including health and fitness centers, gyms, swimming pools, etc. The closed floor area is 43,354 sq m.

Rencons is to start works in September 2013. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2014.
