Competencies
Since the beginning of the 21st century, within the framework of the development strategy implemented by Renaissance Construction, the company has been using the BIM system – Building Information Modeling – in its work.
Renaissance Construction has two BIM centers, employing more than 100 engineers and architects.
The BIM system not only integrates design and project planning, but also speeds up the project development process, improves the quality of the process and products, reduces time and cost, enables faster and more accurate assessment of project quantitative indicators, calculations, and more efficient communication of project information to all stakeholders.
Our BIM team facilitates the implementation of the project at all stages and provides support to its participants. BIM specialists design components and “objects” as part of the project, regulating the correctness of their use and management. The result of the BIM team’s work is the creation of semantically developed 4D and 5D construction models, as well as the use of model developments in the construction of project schedules and in estimating their cost. As a result, more effective conditions are formed for the implementation of various stages of design and construction.
Our initiatives
— Effective application of BIM in projects and obtaining the expected benefits
— Search and development of the best methods and ways of using the BIM system
— Organization of trainings and educational programs
— Providing consultations within the company
Renaissance Construction uses the BIM system in four main areas:
— 3D modeling: Visualization and development of “smart objects”
— 4D modeling: Project modeling and work schedule
— 5D modeling: Determining the scope of work and estimates
— Lean construction and sustainable development
Some of the benefits of using BIM system by Renaissance Construction are listed below:
Over 28 years of successful work, Renaissance Construction has completed more than 540. A significant part of the company’s portfolio consists of shopping malls, business centers, infrastructure and energy facilities, industrial enterprises, and hotel complexes. A special place in it is occupied by housing projects, distinguished by their scale and exclusivity.
Vast international experience
Renaissance signed its first contract for the construction of a residential complex in 2006. The Daudel club residential complex in Tyumen is a business-class project that includes 13 houses united by a single architectural solution and a common courtyard area. Construction was completed in 2010. This project was not only a successful step for Renaissance into the field of housing construction, but also a kind of breakthrough for Tyumen itself, where club-format residential complexes had not yet been built.
Renaissance continues to develop in this direction, and in recent years has become involved in a number of diverse projects in different countries. The Neva Mansions residential complexes in Ankara and Saifiye in Istanbul, the Angondje housing project in the capital of Gabon, under the PPP; the 21-storey residential tower in the modern Park Gulan complex in the Iraqi city of Erbil are just a few of them.
In 2020, Renaissance Construction was selected as the general contractor for the construction of the homecity residential complex in Moscow with a total area of 139 thousand sq.m.
The tallest residential skyscraper in Europe
Taking an active part in the implementation of the Moscow-City project, Renaissance Construction is the general contractor for the Neva Towers project, one of the towers of which will house premium class apartments on its 79 floors.
The neighboring Federation Tower, being partly residential, opens up truly new horizons for its residents: apartments and flats are located at a height of 180 to 350 meters. The skyscraper is equipped with innovative engineering systems, the latest supply and exhaust ventilation systems, high-speed elevators and an intelligent building management system.
Quality and safety
Particular attention is paid to ensuring safety and rational organization of construction. In 2014, the residential complex “Fili Grad” in Moscow was recognized as the best construction project in the Mosgosstroynadzor competition. The competition is held annually to assess the organization and create favorable working conditions at the construction site.

Renaissance Construction continues to develop actively, trying to surpass itself and everything that was built and implemented earlier in each new project. The plans include increasing its share in the construction sector in Europe and Africa, as well as many other ambitious projects.
Renaissance Construction, which uses innovation in its work and strives for continuous improvement, applies the principle of “lean construction” in order to increase the value of its projects and reduce waste. Lean construction implies reducing waste, correctly understanding the needs and expectations of the customer, improving communication and coordination between all stakeholders of the project, increasing the efficiency of processes through accurate and correct management. By applying the principles of lean construction, Renaissance Construction prevents possible discrepancies, ensures the receipt of products of the required quality, prevents cost and time overruns, reduces the volume of waste and guarantees customer satisfaction.
Renaissance Construction operates in an environmentally responsible manner and is aware of the negative impact of such factors as energy, water, material waste and greenhouse gas emissions on the environment and human health. To prevent the negative impact of its projects on the environment and human health, Renaissance Construction uses various strategies and applies the principles of green construction.
Renaissance Construction is one of the leaders in the construction industry. The company implements innovative solutions in the regions where it operates and attaches particular importance to sustainable development and environmental conservation, implementing projects in accordance with the requirements of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) system of the American Green Building Council (USGBC).
We believe that sustainable projects are the result of creative collaboration between our design team, architects, engineers and the client. At all stages of the project, we pay special attention to such aspects as environmental quality, use of materials, water and energy resources, waste management.
In Russia, the following facilities have LEED certificates:

In the heavy industry sector, Renaissance actively uses the process equipment design software (PED) in industrial construction projects to more efficiently implement the construction of plant facilities and ensure better coordination. The PED is a comprehensive intelligent computerized system that supports the development of process equipment, construction and operation services. The PED is widely used by Renaissance process engineers, plant designers, mechanical engineers and design engineers with special qualifications in the construction of petrochemical plants, oil refineries, organic fertilizer plants, natural gas power plants, power plants and process plants: from preliminary project feasibility studies to project feasibility studies, from technical design development to detailed design.
Thanks to the integration of RTO software into engineering solutions, Renaissance design and engineering groups offer high-quality and reliable design solutions in the field of development of process flow diagrams, pipeline laying and facility planning, mechanical structures and apparatus designs, architectural and structural elements, electrical structures, control and measuring instruments and automation, and building electromechanical structures. The advantages obtained as a result of implementing RTO software at facilities, as well as the areas of application, are listed below:

Renaissance has also implemented EPC software for use in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) because EPC software helps implement projects using the most cost-effective design and engineering solutions while ensuring maximum productivity and effective collaboration. In addition, Renaissance attaches great importance to EPC contracting activities because it ensures that projects are implemented based on effective collaboration and joint efforts of stakeholders involved in the project. As an EPC contractor, Renaissance has entered into joint venture and consortium agreements with a large number of technology providers, financial institutions and reputable international EPC contractors such as Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., Sojitz Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.
