Rostec City is the largest class A business park in Russia with a total area of 262,000 sq.m., built as part of a large-scale integrated development project on a 65-hectare site in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district of Moscow, managed by the development company ASTERUS (part of the Vi Holding group of companies). Renaissance Construction is the general contractor for this project.
The original architecture of the business park is 13 modern office buildings of variable height from 4 to 10 floors, united by a pedestrian campus. The architectural dominant of the complex is a 21-story tower with panoramic glazing and views of the Moscow River from three sides. The Expocentre with an area of 4,000 sq. m adjoins the tower building for holding exhibitions and business events of international level for all companies-tenants of the business park.
The business park was designed and built using BIM modeling technologies.
Rostec City Business Park won the Grand Prix of the International Property Awards 2020 in the Best International Office Development 2020 category.
At the same time, Rostec City was recognized as the best office project in Europe in two nominations: Best Office Development. Europe and Best Office Architecture. Europe.
