Kutuzovsky Avenue in Moscow has become the location for another important commercial real estate project of Rencons. Near the Kutuzovsky Multifunctional Business Center, Rencons is constructing a new administrative and trade complex with an underground parking lot. The complex is located at the junction of Kutuzovsky Avenue and Kulneva Street.

The project consists of three buildings, including two towers that will have 51 and 45 storeys correspondingly. A basement parking lot will have 4-5 storeys. The gross building area of the project is 257,504 sq m.

The project is being implemented in two stages.
