Rencons was the general contractor of an extension to the Piter Raduga multifunctional shopping mall in St. Petersburg.

The new extension accommodates retail shops, catering facilities, covered sports and entertainment complexes, including health and fitness centers, gyms, swimming pools, etc.

After completing all the work leasable area increased to 27,000 m. and the area of the shopping center exceeded 100,000 m.. Now the center is one of the largest shopping mall in St. Petersburg. Total area of extension is 45,000 m.
