Rencons is the general contractor for Trinity Place Class A business center in St. Petersburg. The building was certified in accordance with BREEAM green standards and commissioned in the second half of 2014.
Trinity Place occupies the area of 34,400 sq.m. The building is comprised of nine levels, including one underground level (6,358 m²). The complex has cozy cafes, recreational area and 94 parking spaces. Rencons was responsible for core and shell construction.
