European Property Awards are amongst the most prestigious and acknowledged construction sector awards which are awarded annually to the best projects in the sphere of the residential and commercial property in Europe. The participants had to pass strict selection by 70 members of the panel of judges who evaluated the projects on base of the following parameters: quality of the applied solutions, architecture and design, energy efficiency and innovativeness. As the jury chairmen there’ve acted representatives of the House of Lords at the UK Parliament as well as the world level experts in the sphere of commercial, industrial and residential construction. The European Property Awards event is a part of the International Property Awards contest established in 1994. Last year, that global contest gathered projects from 103 countries all around the world.
