On December 04, 2017 in London there’ve been held the ceremony of awarding the winners of the international stage of the prestigious International Property Awards 2017/2018. The flagship project of the Renaissance Group of Companies - Neva Towers - has confirmed its status as the best project in Europe having received the Best of Europe title in two nominations – the Best Residential High-rise Development and the Best Mix-used Architecture and has also won the world award in the nomination the Best International Residential High-rise Development having become the first Russian winning project in that nomination in the world.

Each year the prestigious International Property Awards event attracts attention of hundreds of real estate companies from all around the world. The international team of 70 judges evaluates projects on base of their achievements in the sphere of design and architecture, quality and the level of service, innovations, concept originality and usage of modern energy-saving technologies.
